Assessing Cevidra Radiation Cream

In a 2008-2009 study carried out jointly by two laboratories in France, Teledyne Hanson’s MicroettePlus™ diffusion testers were used to assess the effectiveness of Calixarene-entrapped nanoemulsion for uranium extraction from contaminated solutions. Ex vivo experiments carried out in Franz diffusion cells on pig ear skin explants during 24 hours showed that the immediate application of the calixarene nanoemulsion on a skin contaminated by a uranyl nitrate solution allowed a uranium transcutaneous diffusion decrease of about 98% through intact and excoriated skins.
